How to see your progress - Click on your name and go to your profile page:

Forum Posts -shows you all the posts you have made and all the responses to your posts. It shows you your participation.  

Forum Discussions - show you  the discussions you have started

Outline Report - shows every thing your have reviewed, and shows what grades you have gotten on graded activities

Complete Repot - Shows activity,, submissions and feedback and grades

Grades - shows the marks you get on any quizzes taken and at the very bottom, is your anticipated grade for the course.
