Invite participants into your activity/topic here.  Add an open-ended question that gets the to think about what they know, and react to others in this project/course.  Something like "Consider a time when you xyx, what did it look like?  How did you feel?"  For reference - there are a great group of questions in Dr. Joye Norris' book From Telling to Teaching if you have it on your shelves.  

Let participants know how to complete this activity.  For example:  "To complete this activity, reply to this question once, and reply to two participants.

Just to be clear, are you asking us to reply to this post or are you just showing us an example?  I have was going to include a photo from the archery program I did last week, but my photo files are to large.
