If you will be completed with the Fundamentals and Mimicry classes you are ready for the Practicum. Much of the mapping and assessment you documented in these two classes will be used in the design exercises of the Practicum and to create a final portfolio for your Permaculture Design Certificate.

If you will be completed with either the Fundamentals or Mimicry class you are still eligible to continue with the Practicum course. The Practicum will require you to assemble a collection of assessments before design activities and your creating a portfolio. If you find mapping and recording data relatively easy—and have the time—then you will be able to jump into this class.

After completing all three classes, you will submit your final portfolio for your Permaculture Design Certificate.

We encourage participants to complete the full curriculum within three years.
