Hi everyone,

I've attached my "poster" displaying my Suburban Food Forest design if anyone wants to look at it. I'll admit, it looks a little like a high school science project, but it was well worth the time to put my ideas on paper. The final result looks a lot different from what's been rattling around in my head, so it was a good exercise to go through. The best part was that I got to buy some cool water color pens and spend a rainy weekend coloring in my design!

I hope to see some of you on-line next semester for the next part of this course. I would love to stay in touch with any of you that want to swap hints and challenges with your projects. My email address is: debwinther@gmail.com.

It's been a pleasure to meet all of you, and good luck with your future permaculture adventures.

Deb

Deb,

It looks great!  I've been working mine with my watercolor brushes and it's slow going... darn, should have thought about pens!

Would love to stay in touch...  pberk@mac.com

Thanks, Peggy.

The watercolor pens were a new discovery for me. I stumbled across them this summer and bought them for my grandson (4 1/2) when we went camping. I was looking for a no-mess, fun activity for quiet time at the campsite, and they were a huge hit. So, I bought a set for myself!

I hope you post your final design. I'll bet it's going to be beautiful.

Good luck!

Deb
