This module provides a variety of resources and strategies to enhance competencies of extension educators in communicating impacts of their programs to stakeholders and the media, including writing impact statements and success stories.

Documentation and reporting are standard organization requirements. This module focuses on how to put that data to use in gaining program support and participation.  It starts with an overview of approaches for communicating the value of extension programs and moves to using the CCE Federal Reporting System to showcase successes to stakeholders in a variety of ways to improve program planning and report back on program successes.  Use of the Export and Reporting features to report on a programmatic or Association scale also is covered..
