This module focuses on managing commitments across individual programs, that is, managing the portfolio of commitments for an association, a program area, or an educator. It provides a conceptual framework and specific tools for reviewing commitments and setting priorities.

This module reviews requisites for and tools and methods for establishing program priorities among program commitments.  It focuses on specific approaches for priority setting and is a companion to CCEPDC 132 Managing Your Program Portfolio which takes a broader look at managing priorities.
